Former 125cc world champion, Alvaro Bautista continues this season to stun by his telent.
The young spaniard has just bluffed everybody by winning this GP after a very beautiful race.

We thought that this GP will be again the theater of a Dovizioso VS Lorenzo battle, but finally, Bautista put them OK by his stunning victory.
Bad qualifyed, and not well started, Alvaro Bautista had to take a crazy pace to climb up front from the 12th position.

Ahead Andrea Dovizioso was leading followed by Jorge Lorenzo. 15 laps before the end, Bautista was in the top 3...

First taking Lorenzo, finaly ok to let go the two ahead t o save important points, Bautista begun his bettle against Dovizioso.
After he take the lead 5 laps before the end, He continue to push despite several slides and moments... Dovizioso and Lorenzo secure their positions.

Fourth of this GP, Thomas Lüthi is once again just at one position of the podium. He is ahead Barbera and De Angelis, the three riders had also a big battle during the race.

Marco Simoncelli is 7th ahead Julian Simon, the Top ten is ended by Fabrizio Lai and Karel Abrahanm.

Notice that this race was also full of retirements, 9 at the end. And that Both KTM had mechanical failures during this race.

Alvaro Bautista : "I have made a bad start, but I feel quite good on the bike so I started to push a lot.
Then I saw that I was catching the podium.

Then I saw in front of me Lorenzo and Dovizioso and I begun to believe in a victory."

Andrea Dovizioso : "I am happy because it was a great weekend. Pole position, good rythm during the race. But Alvaro was very fast, especialy during the last five laps. We are not 100% satisfyed but we take 4 points at the championship, but it not solve our problems anyway."

Jorge Lorenzo : "I am happy because its a good result for the championship. I made a discreet race and Baustista diserve his victory.

We had some problems so we were not at the maximum but for the championship its good."

About www.motorcyclists-online.com English version:
At the beginning, in 2001, www.motorcyclists-online.com was an exclusive French Motorcycle website. Now, since September 2005, it has become bilingual: English speaking people are welcome !
We do believe, at www.motorcyclists-online.com, that linguistic boundaries are not a problem when we share the same passion for bikes.
We are currently working on translating all articles and contents, to finish the UK/US version. You will certainly notice some bugs or translation errors: please do not hesitate to advise us by e-mail, Private Message or by posting in the Forum. Your help is welcome !
For the moment, articles which haven’t been human translated are automatically machine translated, which I must confess is not really famous, but faster than human translators.
