MotoGP Sepang Starting Grid : Dani Pedrosa on pole once again2007-10-20

Untouchable, dominating, fantastic, all that words and more are not enough to define Casey Stoner.
The Ducati rider, walking for his first title in MotoGP has just outclass all his contenders.
He started from the pole position and took the lead at the first corner to never let it until the finish line. He is on top of the championship 60 points ahead Valentino Rossi.

The only rider who maybe could fight Stoner was Hopkins, the Suzuki rider had a great pace but he was just able to follow the red devil... Nice result however for the futur Kawasaki rider.

Third of this race, Nicky Hayden made a very good race, he had a high pace and could overtake his team mate Dani Pedrosa who finishes 4th.

From the fifth to the 8th position, there was the battle of the race. Vermeulen on the second Suzuki catch the Capirossi, Rossi, De Puniet group, and was able to pass all of them to take the fifth position and secure it.
Sixth Loris Capirossi had a hard fight with Valentino Rossi but finaly could stay at his position.

For Valentino Rossi, this race was more of pain... Never in the right pace, and always under the possibility of an attack from De Puniet until the end.

To end this top Ten, Alex Barros on the Ducati D'Antin is ahead Carlos Checa on the LCR Honda.
At last theonly retirement was for Colin Edwards who fell during the first lap and was forced to stop.

2- 21 John HOPKINS SUZUKI +7.903
« Casey was unbelievable, he was on fire! I made all I could but he was too fast. Thanks to all my team and Bridgestone, the bike and the tires were very good today. »

3- 1 Nicky HAYDEN HONDA +13.100
« The result is good today, off course we wish to win, but its OK.

I pushed a lot and when I see tha ...

About www.motorcyclists-online.com English version:
At the beginning, in 2001, www.motorcyclists-online.com was an exclusive French Motorcycle website. Now, since September 2005, it has become bilingual: English speaking people are welcome !
We do believe, at www.motorcyclists-online.com, that linguistic boundaries are not a problem when we share the same passion for bikes.
We are currently working on translating all articles and contents, to finish the UK/US version. You will certainly notice some bugs or translation errors: please do not hesitate to advise us by e-mail, Private Message or by posting in the Forum. Your help is welcome !
For the moment, articles which haven’t been human translated are automatically machine translated, which I must confess is not really famous, but faster than human translators.
