Its by a press release that Francis Batta (manager of the Alsare Suzuki Team) announced it.
After ten years of collaboration between the Alstare Suzuki team and the World Superbike series, Corona Extra decided to retire.
The contract will not be renewed for 2008 for commercial reasons, no more details were released.

Alstare Suzuki wants to thanks the Modelo Group and Corona Extra for their help and support during all these years.

Corona Extra gave a lot of money to the World Superbike Championship and to Azltare Team, so lets hope that the series and the team will not too much suffer of this retirement...
