Its Max Biaggi who won this second race, after an « unwining » period the Italan rider finaly took the victory on a track he likes very much with more than 1 and a half second of advantage on Toseland.
But the race started weirdly with a little rain shower during the warm up lap, the start was delayed and the race cut to 19 laps.

Biaggi led the way from the begining before Corser and Toseland pass him, then Lanzi takes the lead before the end of tha first lap. After that Haga took the lead but his lap times begun to be slower and slower, so Biaggi and Toseland could overtake him at lap 14. One lap later Fabrizio passed Haga and the final position never moved.

Troy Bayliss made a discreet race and finished 6th, but it seemed that the Ducati had some problems of traction.
Notice also the retirement of Kagayama and Corser, the yamaha rider had to stop on a technical failure at lap 4 when he was second.

About www.motorcyclists-online.com English version:
At the beginning, in 2001, www.motorcyclists-online.com was an exclusive French Motorcycle website. Now, since September 2005, it has become bilingual: English speaking people are welcome !
We do believe, at www.motorcyclists-online.com, that linguistic boundaries are not a problem when we share the same passion for bikes.
We are currently working on translating all articles and contents, to finish the UK/US version. You will certainly notice some bugs or translation errors: please do not hesitate to advise us by e-mail, Private Message or by posting in the Forum. Your help is welcome !
For the moment, articles which haven’t been human translated are automatically machine translated, which I must confess is not really famous, but faster than human translators.
