Born in Oxford November 28th 1990, Bradley Smith is the younger rider to reach the podium (during last France GP at Le Mans).
Mollycoddeled by Alberto Puig (also Pedrosa's mentor), he is racing with the Official Repsol Honda.

But obviously, the 125cc Honda is far from the level of last generation Aprilia, and the talent of this young rider is enough big to have the World Title as aim.
World title impossible to reach with the Honda.

So thats here that Jorge Aspar Martinez comes, manager of the aspar Team (125CC and 250cc) the spaniard will be separated from at last one of his 125cc rider next season (probably Talmacsi to make him go in 250cc). So the other champion maker is researching a new rider to fill the gap, and Martinez sees in Smith an occasion to continue to win.
A beautiful opportunity for Smith also, who would ride a Factory 125cc Aprilia, the winning bike...
And Alberto Puig in this story? Some say that he is about to work with KTM...

About www.motorcyclists-online.com English version:
At the beginning, in 2001, www.motorcyclists-online.com was an exclusive French Motorcycle website. Now, since September 2005, it has become bilingual: English speaking people are welcome !
We do believe, at www.motorcyclists-online.com, that linguistic boundaries are not a problem when we share the same passion for bikes.
We are currently working on translating all articles and contents, to finish the UK/US version. You will certainly notice some bugs or translation errors: please do not hesitate to advise us by e-mail, Private Message or by posting in the Forum. Your help is welcome !
For the moment, articles which haven’t been human translated are automatically machine translated, which I must confess is not really famous, but faster than human translators.
