A first qualifying session who takes place under a really heavy rain, the track was a mirror and riders fighted the time on a grass and gravel edged black canal... Beautiful for the eyes but for sure not comfortable for riders...
Best time for Gabor Talmacsi ahead his team mate Hector Faubel, followed by the Honda of Di Meglio, always very good on wet.
Simone Corsi takes the fourth and end this provisional first row.
Fifth and sixth, Krumenacher and Koyama on the two KTM, the Sergio Gadea seventh and Joan Olive on the Aprilia of the Polaris World racing team, the team of Mattia Pasini, who finished this session at the 31th position. The italian rider is far from a good rider on the wet, and despite a hard pushing moves, with some very heavy braking sequences, with the rear who swept the track like a fish in the water, he was not able to find speed...
