The Dorsoduro is very composed and smooth, particularly compared to something like the Ducati Hypermotard.
The Dorsoduro is much more aggressive and fun than the Shiver.

I got a real good feel for the rear tyre and could pretty much go at full throttle from the first bend today. I preferred the Sports mode, but the Dorsoduro also offers a Touring and Rain mode on the sophisticated Ride By Wire system.
The Dunlop Qualifier tyres worked perfect on this motorcycle.

Quick warm-up and easy handling.

Aprilia stated that the Dorsoduro is a true Aprilia with applications from the racing department rather than the more beginner friendly Shiver.

Pretty much fun all day.
