The absurdity of the French laws

So the fact to, sale, offer, buy or use a motorcycle who is not strictly the same as the one who come out the factory will be punished with a 7500€ contravention and 6 month of jail.

This law, motivated by the fight against people who ride motorcycles with more than 100Bhp (In france this is the law, not more than 100 bhp), make that people who just have change light or blinker likely to be condemned. The FFMC denounce this repressive way who made possible the incarceration, for a thing who would just be punished by a contravention.

And just know that a car seller is not concerned by this law, he can sale anything he wants! The FFMC ask the constitutional council, denouncing the duplicity of that law breaking the proportionality of punishments and equality. La

O'Rylien : When I read things like that i admit that i am a little pissed off! Is the french governement anti-Motorcyclists as that? How they can discriminate motorcyclists as that? Will we become night rebels riders, forced to do what we like when everybody is asleep? Will we be forced to ban ourselves from our country? In which country are we living!?!
