2007 CCM SR40 Street Scrambler
The first is a retro styled street scrambler based on CCM's classic offroad bikes from the 70's and 80's. The SR40 features the 400cc power plant from Suzuki that also powers all other CCM models at the moment. The swingarm is tubular, front wheel 21inch whilst a 18inch wheel sits at the back, 400cc engine with electric start, polished tank with rubber inset knee-guards, Brembo brakes, twin Hagon rear shocks and a Paioli front fork. All very retro from the Bolton (Greater Manchester) based manufacturer.

2007 CCM CR40 Cafe Racer
The new 400cc Cafe Racer is a tribute to the 1981 TT winning CCM ridden by Steve Tompkins.

CCM will launch both a naked and a faired version in Birmingham. Details: Tubular steel frame, Marzocchi 40mm front suspension and twin shocks at the rear, megaphone silencer, 400cc Suzuki DRZ engine that can be upgraded to 436 or 499cc, 18inch spoked wheels, Brembo brakes, 800mm seat height and 126kg dry weight. OTR price will be £5840 (11.000USD, 8700€).

About www.motorcyclists-online.com English version:
At the beginning, in 2001, www.motorcyclists-online.com was an exclusive French Motorcycle website. Now, since September 2005, it has become bilingual: English speaking people are welcome !
We do believe, at www.motorcyclists-online.com, that linguistic boundaries are not a problem when we share the same passion for bikes.
We are currently working on translating all articles and contents, to finish the UK/US version. You will certainly notice some bugs or translation errors: please do not hesitate to advise us by e-mail, Private Message or by posting in the Forum. Your help is welcome !
For the moment, articles which haven’t been human translated are automatically machine translated, which I must confess is not really famous, but faster than human translators.
