After 4 years leading the way in the naked muscle bike category, Suzuki's mighty GSX1400 celebrates its last year of production for the UK market with a special model: The GSX1400 Final Edition.

Launched in 2002, the GSX1400 combined the sheer brute power of the 1402cc engine (still Suzuki's largest 4-cylinder engine in the range) with the very latest dual throttle valve electronic fuel injection system and retro touches such as piggy-back shock absorbers, a double-cradle frame and six piston brake callipers.

However, because of the Euro III emission regulations coming into force at the end of this year, the GSX1400 will no longer be eligible for UK sale and will therefore be Suzuki?s last traditional muscle bike for the UK market.

With its hefty 124Nm of torque and a dry weight of 229kg the GSX1400 was one of a few that really stayed true to the muscle-bike ethos and went on to become one of the all time favourites.

And so from May 2006 the final batch of GSX1400's will be available from authorised Suzuki dealers.

Featuring a Yoshimura dual cone exhaust system and a limited edition graphic these machines priced at the standard retail price of £6,349 will truly be the last of their kind.
